Arrivals:
You will be arriving at Skopje Airport Petrovec where Ms. Angela Nestorovska will welcome you. She will be holding a sign either with your names or with TEE written on it. A minibus will depart at 18h - after last participant arrives - that will take you from the airport directly to Millennium Palace Hotel in Ohrid where you will be accommodated. Ms. Nestorovska will accompany you during the transfer to Ohrid. Some of you may wait for some time at the airport until all participants gather, which depends on the time of your arrival. You can have refreshment drinks or something to eat at the airport if you get hungry. For those of you who are arriving on the evening on February 11th, taxi is provided to take you to Ohrid.

Accommodation:
You will be staying at the Millennium Palace hotel in Ohrid. The hotel is located at Kej Marshal Tito bb. Ohrid, and is within a walking distance from the city centre; Phone/fax: 389 46263361

Food:
The hotel offers a possibility for any special food requirements (vegetarian, etc.).

Currency:
National currency is MKD. Note: Exchange Offices do not charge commission. 1€ is around 61,5MKD.

Weather in Ohrid:
Forecast for the following days: 2 – (-6) ˚C. Please take warm clothes.

Internet access:
Non-stop Internet ADSL connection in the working hall. The hotel rooms have a dial up system, which is, however, too expensive and I do not recommend its use. All participants are advised to bring their laptops for writing purposes, as we will have limited number of computers available in the hotel.

Reimbursement:
Your traveling expenses (taxi to the airport and back and return ticket to Skopje) will be reimbursed. Please, keep all your receipts for the purpose of reimbursement. Your accommodation and food costs are also fully covered.

Departure:
For the participants departing on Feb 16, a taxi transport will be provided to the airport, while for those departing on Feb 17, a minibus will be provided to Skopje Airport.
